Fix Error E001-0003 Canon IR 5000.the fixing unit is a very vital component of the photocopy machine, this is where the paper will be heated, so that the trainer can be firmly attached to the paper.components in a fixing unit such as a heater, the thermostat must be in good condition. if one of the components is damaged, then E001 error will appear, as in this case E001-0003.
E001-0003 on the field is often caused by the Main thermistor or Sub thermistor is damaged, the damage is due to charred or broken.
How to Resolve e001-0003.
1.Replace Main Thermistor and sub thermistor.case field just enough replaces both these components, then e001-0003 immediately lost, if not lost go to the second option.

2. Replace AC Driver
AC drivers need to check if replacing the main thermistor and sub thermistor can not solve the problem e001-0003, because the electric current leading to the heater comes from AC driver. so AC driver is also needed to test.

1.Prepare Multytester
2. Prepare Fire, from solder or etc.
3.Insert the multytester cable into each main cable socket or sub thermistor.
4.Bring the soldering heat to the main or sub thermistor.
5.If the main thermostat is good, then the multytester needle will move up, if it is broken then the needle will be silent.
